Hannah Newhall

B.A., M.A. Candidate
Clinician and Practicum Intern

Hannah is a dedicated clinician, group facilitator, and practicum intern at The Haven at College. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (LPCC), Hannah brings a unique blend of personal experience and professional skills to her work. During her time in college, Hannah faced a life-altering injury that challenged her to develop new coping mechanisms and rebuild her foundations. Grateful for the support she received during that difficult period, she now finds fulfillment in giving back through her role at The Haven.

In addition to her work at The Haven, Hannah serves as a teaching assistant in the counseling department and a graduate assistant at LMU’s career center. Her passion for helping others extends beyond the counseling room as she also coaches lacrosse. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Colby College. Originally from Portland, Maine, she brings a diverse background, having previously worked in outdoor education before embarking on her journey into the field of mental health counseling. With her blend of academic knowledge and real-world experience, Hannah is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.
